Insurance:
It is requirement of ICV that communities have proper insurances in place to protect the volunteer while they are in the community. For instance, there must be public liability insurance covering the areas where the volunteer will be working with community members and motor vehicle insurance for any cars or other vehicles the volunteer might use. If you are worried about whether your community has the proper insurances, please call a Project Officer at your closest ICV office before completing the project application form.
